Jonel is proud to wind down another stellar year. Looking back, we’re grateful for all the accomplishments we achieved by helping our loyal customers be the best at what they do.

This was the year of Integration on the business application and cloud services side of our business. Jonel was able to incorporate over a dozen different vertical solutions into our AU web platform using our Flex API ranging from business intelligence; quality control and third-party ERP platforms. This allowed us to truly leverage our cloud dispatch solution in away that we could safely and securely share data with other applications.

Our partnership with SRM garnered expansion of our AU dispatch footprint into several strategic markets including the Dallas FortWorth Metroplex and divisions in Minnesota and Michigan.  We have been committed in helping SRM continue its growth of being one of the largest construction materials suppliers in the US now operating in 12 states.

Texas also proved to be a high growth area in batching as well. We expanded Ingram Concrete’s operation further into Laredo, Del Rio, Hondo, Victoria and Abilene. We also provided system expansion for Five StarConcrete in the Austin market and Bear Ready Mix in San Antonio.

Large production green field projects were abundant too. Jensen Precast Kingsburg and Lockeford plants were large scale batch facilities built from the ground up servicing high growth markets in California and Nevada. Kingsburg alone had a batch operation that required over 220 points of discreetI/O.

Nevada Ready Mix Bonanza Plant was the crown jewel of the year. Outfitting the high-speed plant with all new solenoids, gates and remote i/o automation system, turning plant which was originally commissioned in 1985 into a state-of-the-art plant in a little over four weeks. The plant now has the capacity of producing over 300 yards per hour.

Calportland further provided expansion into the CentralCalifornia markets picking up plants in Tulare, Hanford, Lenmoore and Exeter.

We’re looking forward to another record year in 2025 with expansion projects for green field plants south of the border in Puerto Vallarta (IN Block Concrete) and El Salvador (Grupo Saltex).  Thompson Pipe and Jensen Precast will also be starting up new project in the first quarter of the year.
